Take me much, much time to make this character, but finally I did it.

take an Ultimate Cap. America, fill the holes, little sanded here, bit of sculpt there, paint and voilá... Bucky is born
Wings in head are sculpted with a paper clip, holster in leg sculpted in acrilic, Knife is a paper clip (again)for the handle and green stuff

Left hand was replaced with a cast (in acrilic)of the left fist from stealth wolverine (without claws)

gun is from stealth wolverine

details with green stuff

stars in chest, back and shoulders are decals from an old f-14 (1:72 scale)

Tons of patience to paint the details ( the eyes was a pain in .... you know)
