I buy this figure loose with the idea to make this figure from a deleted scene of the movie. In internet can you find several pics from this scene, with Capt. Jack Sparrow with Samurai outfit and he like cool. Well, I sculpted the chest and fill with putty to modeling the shirt, sculted the arms and and cover these part of the shirt with sinthetic leather, I made the chest and shoulders of the Samurai armature with sinthetic leather too. After I sculptrd the belt and make the parts with leather and rubber, the low part of Samurai armature protection was made with Leather sinthetic and I glue over a web from anything. The hat was made with putty epoxy and I copy (previously I cover the head with light oil to take off easy the putty with from the head) the top of the head of Sparrow inside the hat to fill perfectly, after I modeled the top of the hat and I added the feather made in vinil tape. The final step was paint the figure.
