As I was working on scareglow I began brainstorming on what to do with all of the odd leftover parts (skeletor head, deadman body etc...)and then I remembered scareglow's original tagline "evil ghost of skeletor" well how about taking it literally, so here we have the "ghost of skeletor" shackled and chained to the great beyond as he fazes in and out of the realm of the living taunting friend and foe alike.
