I used some 5´´ HALO figures from McFarlane Toys for this project and the equipment was made with extra scale models parts(for the "Tidal Blast" version). This character is Max Ray 'Brilliant' Sea Operations Commander, from "the Centurions". The TV series began in 1985 as a five-part miniseries and was followed in 1986/87 with a 60-episode series. Only a few toys were made from this series (by Kenner) and Never Made another Centurions Toys since 80´s. Kenner did actually develop the toys, and simply never manufactured them.
