Honestly- I was puzzled on how to do this guys head. I wanted it to look realistic but still be solid and have normal ariculation. We ended up making a mini paper bag out of a paper bag, brushing the inside of it with latex and then filling it with allumilite to make it solid. So pretty much, the same proccess as making a cast, only our mold in this case is made out of a paper bag and the cast never got pulled. We dremiled holes for eyes and added some eyes, paint and yeah, ptetty strange.
