I first saw this design for wolverine as a alex ross sketck redesign of the x-men awhile back and loved it.I've seen a few customs of it on the realm and this my take on it.Using an alex ross justice superman as a base I filled gaps on the chest and shoulders with aves sculpt after removing the cape sanded down the head so that it was smooth and then using aves sculpted the mask and the glove cuffs on the wrists.I also made real metal claws using bobbie pins.After all that I painted him using model master acryl flat black as a base and hand painted the brown X on his chest and belt buckle also using model master acryl.
