Just another head swap here, I didn't like Zartan in his disguise release, I wanted a version of what he might look like in a Cobra costume of some kind, like he would be if on base or on a mission, instead of just the suit or casual wear that we saw in the movie.

Much better Zartan. For that base I added the head from DCIH green Arrow.
