when ROC was first released I wanted the Cobra Commander figure, the odd helmet not bothering me at the time but I got the 25th Hooded CC instead and the loose, thin legs bothered me. I wanted the either the ROC(or Resolute) CC for years, but the helemt now bother me. Seeing that this is possible, wow!
