Another easy head swap - I used magnets as the neck joint was so huge on the human torch. Swapped out the feet with a boxset Mr Fantastic as well as the head and stretched hand. Shaved the flame off the other arm and sculpted the gauntlets. The shorts are from a X-Men the Movie Mystique figure (or the Wolverine trousers of it) and the jacket is a trimmed X-Men 2 Cyclops Trenchcoat. Sculpted feet which turned out to be the hardest when coming to balance but the arm helps!
