Yeah, the TigerSharks were scientist explorers on some galactic back water planet called Water-o or some such and the villains they were after had something to do with the Penal Colony, which is where some villains escaped to Third Earth from in Thundercats and of course the SilverHawks worked as galactic police, imprisoning their villains in the Penal Colony.
And thanks, I am glad others continued to follow the exploits of the Thundercats for so long following the end of the animated series!

Cool Lion-O!!! His costume in The Return was neat looking and you captured it. Nice choice of sword as well. I too was a fan of the T-Cats, Silverhawks & Bionic Six. I liked TigerSharks and had a few figures but never remember seeing a cartoon for them. I never thought about them being from the same reality but I will definitely have to go back and watch some old episodes Great Job!!

The animal warriors are called Battle Beasts in the United States, but they go by a different name in Japan and China, if I recall. I always wanted but couldn't ever seem to find the black panther version. Got the white lion, though. Yeah, I'm that toy geek. haha
I LOVE toys. I can name all of the Visionaries, the Bionic Six (heroic names and real names), 99% of the background Thundercats characters, nearly every alien in the Star wars cantina scene as well as why they were even IN the cantina and so much more generically useless information. Actually, I won a ton of prizes at a few different gaming and comic conventions due to my obsessive knowledge of that stuff.
Yeah, I LOVE toys.

Snarf! I was born in 82 so I grew up on all that. You just took me back with Star Hawks. I didn't know they were connected. Cool idea, and when it comes to being obsessed with characters...you are not alone...remember those animal warriors with the changing color chest symbol?

Thanks guys!
I've got some fan fiction Thundercats in the works. Mostly done, but touching them up.
I used to be obessessed with Thundercats, TigerSharks and SilverHawks and figured out that they were all actually connected and used to make up comic book stories for them all together. They might not have come from the same time period, but definitely from the same reality (The Penal Colony was used in all of these worlds).
My Panthro is a SilverHawk now, the others have vastly different looks. Snarf went back home to die and was never to be seen again in my stories. haha. HATED Snarf.
