Hes a favorite character of mine maybe yours too lol

I'm not finished I still may have tweaking (cut fingers and make his gloves fingerless, find dark color pants,etc. )

But leon kennedy outfit from resident evil 4 was some insperation for this figure
I wanted his hair dark brown tho from the older games
Recipe:
Body:made out of a g I joe
Some sculpt
I didn't want to paint his pants so he has more durability but possibly one day I will find replacement legs

Every leon toy is over 50$ and plus I like the 3inch scale so here he is I hope yall like
