The Fixer is a character in the Marvel Universe who started out as a villain, but found redemption with the Thunderbolts. After working as a scientist for HYDRA, P. Norbert Ebersol struck up a criminal partnership with Mentallo. He later joined Helmut Zemo's Masters of Evil, which eventually turned into the Thunderbolts.
For this figure, I used Longshot as the base. The head is from movie Daredevil, the face replaced with a HYDRA soldier's. The gloves are from Mr. Fantastic, and the hip accessory/weapon is War Machine's gun. The tech jacket was made from bungee cord, elastics, and various pieces of plastic.
