William Perry, code named The Fridge and former center for the Bears, is one of the wackier recruits to the GI Joe team. He was only offered as a mail in offer in the late 80's. No it doesn't make much sense, but as a kid the idea was dynamite. I made this with the new Mattel Elite series Mark Henry. Sanded his hair and beard off, Apoxie for a new hair style, rubber bands for the belt and wrist bands, and a full paint job. The chest numbers were printed out and glued on.
