Since finishing my collection of Angels, I have gone back to doing WWII heroes. Today we have The Blue Diamond. This figure completes my Liberty Legion set. I started by repaintingt a Black Lightning figure from the Superman/ Batman Public enemies series. The head is a Captain America head courtesy of DMC customs. As always comments and questions are welcome.
