First of I started with shaving the hair and then I tan the body and face ,sculpted the skull ,then added hair .one of my fav movies. the sword is a letter opener but it fits spot on. enjoy

Amazing Conan!!! I was thinking about doing a custom Conan with Dutch too but it's much too expensive for me. I think Dutch is the perfect base figure. Congratulations.
