Great Minds share great thoughts! Stevid Customs and I finished the same type of custom the same weekend, I decided to let him post his first! After a couple of weeks of customers & Friends baggering me I finally posted some work on Facebook including both versions of Surtur, Which BTW I'm working on another one right now! Considering this custom was tackled by another customizer aside me & Stevid I can't take full credit, Even though I had no idea it was made before my brainstorm lol!! So I decided to go the extra mile, Changed a few things & Added a flaming sword!! Hope you guys like him!! If u want to see more pics look for my links in my signature. This base figure is great for many customs I have plans for a couple of other ideas I been thinking about for quite sometime now.
U can always use some of the DC UNIVERSE STUFF they have some BIG BOYS or go with 12 inch scale icons, U see surtur is suppossed to be this HUGE CREATURE!! SO TO BE 100% ACCURATE U WOULD HAVE TO GO WITH 12 INCH SCALE AND JUST MAKE HIM HUGE WITH THE HORNS, FLAMES AND TAIL...AND THE SWORD. LOL!!

I'll have to try the hot glue trick. your flames look way better than the sculpted ones. Also the snake tail is perfect, very cool!
