Kol Dar was a friend of He-Man in the Filmation cartoon, which Skeletor made a evil copy of him in order to defeat He-Man. The figure as usually in my customs has been made with a Wrestling deluxe, lots of sculpting, and a special dedication to get the correct colour and paint the shadows in the flesh.
