Another Rotocast Hulk based custom! This project literally started at the same time as my 13 inch ORKA, All the flames where done using HOT GLUE, the HORNS using VYNIL, The figure it self remained primed red and sculpted for 3+ months until I finally got around finishing other projects I was able to squeek this one in last week to give him his finishing touches, PLEASE EXCUSE THE PHOTOS not the best, I know! This figure is so big I could barely fit him in my lightbox plus I have yet to buy a new camera. This project was A lot OF FUN!! A lot of red and various reds where used, for shading, highlights, and natutal look, Hope you guys like! Please wait... |

Looking forward to seeying more of your work too dude!
Maybe the next one will be a bit better!
The best way I can explain it is this way;
SINK FULL OF COLD WATER.
GLUE GUN WITH GLUE STICKS "LOTS OF GLUE STICKS!!
1.-What u want to do is apply a layer all over the noggin' covering the areas wanted, sink the figure/ part under cold water it hardens the glue and cools super fast!
2.- APPLY SMALL GLOB OF GLUE IN ONE AREA, LET COOL 5 SECONDS PINCH AND PULL AND SUBMERGE UNDER WATER! Your fingers will get a little warm but not enough to burn ya but u have to be fast!!! IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PERFECT.
3.- repeat step number two as if you were creating a spikes all over the head or areas desired.
4.- TRIMMING, you're gonna have uglly and excess pieces you're not gonna like, so all u have to do is trim them off, lightly if you feel its off or missing spots fill them in with more glue.
I promise the results are awesome, so far I have been lucky and been succesful everytime!! (knock on wood) Just be patient and take your time, also when you pull the glue gun a tiny spider web looking string of glue is likely to happen don't freak out just simply let it cool down and pull away.
Great to hear from you! Big fan of your work buddy!
Glad u liked him man, give him a shot still well worth the time.
