Cyber (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
I've been meaning to make this figure for a long time now. ever since I ripped apart my lcbh ripclaw I wanted to use his claws/hands to make a cyber. I really like so many of the cyber customs on the realm, so many variations. I originally wanted to do a hulk sized cyber, which I'm sure I will do soon enough. but then I saw boskoes cyber and was super stoked. so props definately deserved to be given to him, and everyone else who has put out awesome cybers in the past. I had recently made a heimdall which I have yet to post on here, and used a cable base with 2 right arms. for this I carved and sculpted new muscles so that u could not tell I had used to identical arms. so the same principle with this figure, I used both "mechanical" arms from cable. however since his hands essentially plug into the forearms I had to think another route. so I used the lower forearm from ripclaw, with the hand attached. I had to grind and resize the socket and joint. then I completely sculpted all the detail on the forearms to match that of the cable biceps/shoulders. I wanted the figure to be larger, so I added a great deal of shoulder muscle, traps, and mid back muscles, to give him that hunched over muscle bound look. I didn't want the figure to be a dead giveaway of parts, so I swapped out the feet for XMC angels. now I know cyber did not have shoes/feet like this. but there are many different drawings, where he has adamantium legs as well, so I just thought they looked cool with some silver detail. I made TWO heads one from XMC sabretooth cast and the other the traditional route of a modded brown wolvie cast. this figure is super poseable, and all the joints have bee filled in and sanded! hope you guys like this one!!
