This is Perun, the Slav god of Thunder. He is member of the Soviet Super Soldiers and various other russian super-hero teams. It is depicted as when he still had the axe (before it was broken in combat). Base figure was a Dr. Midnite, with a casted Thor axe and a LOTR cloak with real fur glued on. Hope you like it.

Nice work! I wish there were more customs of this guy! Maybe the bald ultimate version or him with Vanguards hammer and sickle would be cool! I do believe he was a member of the Supreme Soviets a.k.a. People's Protectorate, though, they later joined with Soviet Super Soldiers when they formed the Winter Guard by which time he no longer had his axe! Not too sure on that. You did a GREAT job on this!
