Blackheart body, with very little prep, just removed the tail and sculpted to blend in with the rest of the figure. Head's a combo of sculpt and grafting on a Tom Requiem head.

ok.. I have no idea who this character is... but the quality of the work on this custom is enough for me to like him. love the paints! he's one creepy (but awesome) looking fig!
