Hank Pym's renegade robot, Ultron, first appeared as the Crimson Cowl, the leader of the second incarnation of the Masters of Evil. He quickly dropped the ruse, and the team, and started on his quest to destroy the Avengers and the rest of humanity.
This was a quick custom I made for my Masters of Evil collection. The body and cowl are from a Grim Reaper-like figure I picked at the toy store. The hands are from the Thor-buster Iron Man. The head is Moon Knight, with fodder plastic for the veil. The alternate Ultron head is from the Ultron glider accessory.
