Iolaus was Hercules's partner on the TV show Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. There were toys made of that show and Iolaus was used to make an exclusive (mail-away?) Wonder Man figure. (this is all in the 90's, 5-inch scale)
The figure looks remarkably like Robert Plant

As my dear mum used to say, "Get 'em young and the possibilities are endless."
That said, don't turn your daughter into a fighting dog person.
