This is a figure I wanted to finish as soon as I started my DC line, but had to re-sculpt the chest. I really love the bigger look of the Savage Dragon/Wrarrl and want to work on another version in the future, but I also wanted to make a Supes that fit in with the
same size of my other DC figs. Well to start I used a Sentry body with a DC Superman head along with another 2 pack version cape (it came with Lex Luthor Power Armor. I sculpted the chest symbol, fix the holes in the body and finally finished with the boot tops. I fought a long time over the colors and finally went with a base layer of Model Masters Flat Black, followed by GamesWorkshop Enchanted Blue, GamesWorkshop Golden Yellow and used Model Masters Guards Red. I started using GamesWorkshop paints in the beginning, but like the Citadel and Model Masters better, they tend to show and seal better. I would love to try and work with the P3 paints Jin talked about, but have not tried them yet. Would love to hear any comments and views are appreciated.

Great can't wait to see them I envy you, I cut a lot of Hulk characters out for others, so I love to see others work. I understand the issue with scale I still deal with that on a day to day basis. I am going back to working for a while and hope to have some more projects finished soon, but I will be checking in and commenting. thanks.
thanks I really liked how the emblem came out, the first one was way to small and the S was a little off, so I rescultped. I was going for a Superfriends meets comic/cartoon superman, so thanks it means a lot.

They're all on the list, buddy. Tryannus, Armageddon, Psyclop...anything I can think of. My main obstacle is scale. For my personal collection, I want to display it all together someday, so I want it to look right. I did a Ross when I first started with a 7" wrestler, It looks retarded next to the Hulks. While I dig making these, but I don't really collect too many figures, so I don't know the figures of the past to well and have to buy them as I can use them. I do spend a lot of time looking and learning though. Keep at em! T

thanks I like this one a lot, many are batman fans, so am I. Still Superman is the man for DC, no offense batman fans, he can still kick his but with his tech. But thanks for the compliments.
thanks I didn't like the DC body type for a lot of the heroes. I like them for other projects and characters. I wanted to change out the hands but had not gotten into a lot of that type of work yet, but I thought he kinda had a mix of that Superfriends meets a Comic Movie. I love to see what others can do, so have at it, thats what makes this great.
Thanks thats some praise, I have said it before and I will say it again, I never thought painting was my skill. I started sculpting and got into the customizing after seeing this site, then began to paint. I am still working on a ton of projects that are in some stage of being completed. When I have a couple of projects I start painting, so I have a few things to choose from, keeps me from buying every paint all the time. Some of my sculpting projects are coming up including a Juggernaut and Maestro Hulk, all of which have completely sculpted upper halves and would love it feedback. You can only get better with comments and criticism, so thanks it makes me feel good that at which I don't have the confidence in you give me this type of compliment. Was curious though if you have plans on doing a Tyrannus, I have seen very few customs of him and would love to see what you could do, I have liked your style. thanks again.

Y'know what? I'm thinking about sculpting and crafting stuff and just sending them to you to paint... That's some set of skills you got there. Your stuff is definately getting more impressive with each piece. Keep at em! T
