This is inspired by Green Lantern corps board member TheGoatLantern
Hope you like it bud.

Hailing from sector 3479, Garnet Loas is renowned for his creativity and determination. Using both to tackle his sectors most dangerous criminals. Having run into only one of the Earth GL's (Guy Gardner) and dealing with the consequences of a severe hangover and ego bashing he rarely ventures out of his sector, preferring to use long range constructs to deal with any summons to OA. Continuing to home his skills he awaits the reach with Guy Gardner!

Head - Chopped of the head of a goat on some weird mythical monster
Body - DCUC Kyle Rayner
Hands/Legs - DCUC Manhunter
The double jointed knees made him a bit taller than a normal DCUC
oh and the horns do too.
