I've done a lot of tinkering with this guy, changing the cape, paint job, and a bunch of other elements. I wouldn't call it my definite Superman because I could definitely see myself reworking into it or even making a new one in the future.

Thank you everyone, I never got why the underwear trend stuck around so long. The head is from an Aragorn figure.
