Cobbled this guy together from a Dr.Strange and a Ronin. He was never drawn the same way twice, so I just did the details the way I thought they should look (which is usually the best way to go with 90s guys).

Anyways, Deathwatch was the Danny Ketch Ghost Rider's primary villain at first, and he actually caused the death of Danny's sister. He was after the Medallion of Power from Ghost Rider's bike and repeatedly clashed with him, only to get eventually impaled on Ghost Rider's chain. His powers involved getting strength from draining energy out of the dying and being able to cause telepathic pain to people, not that he needed it since he could stand up to Ghost Rider in a fist-fight most of the time. Recently he was revealed to be alive and part of the Hood's Gang.
