The first generation wore an exo-tank made to clean the environment, he had called the envriro-Tank. If any of these rodents bred nanites in their DNA would ensure the preceding generation also had these tans built into their systems. So that in a relatively short time the planet would be clean of all harmful chemicals disease and trash. Skeeter was experiment 10. But Skeeter was an anomaly he was smarter than the average rodent he despised the creatures who had altered him. So instead of going after the refuse and garbage that he was altered to eat he went after the people attacking in the night and ripping out their voice boxes first and then devouring them feet first. He was so efficient and able to cover so much ground in a night that the people thought there where hundreds of them. A task force was made to kill the epidemic but the Task force never found any trace of him. but the home surveillance systems showed the horror and was aired everyday as a reminder to do what you could to protect yourselves. But there was no protection Skeeter soon found his blood lust need to be fed more and more frequently. He began roaming around during the day. No one was safe! Unbeknownst to Skeeter or his hunters and prey he was getting bigger much bigger and having eaten a cybernetic leg filled with nanites his enviro-tank programing had been altered was getting bigger too and becoming more efficient as it grew. His rabid appetite and growth soon had him as big as the biggest predators on the planet. the task force finally found their prey and where surprised to see the size of Skeeter. and just as the where about to euthanize skeeter a yellow ring descended and attached itself to his finger. " Skeeter You have the ability to instill great fear welcome to the Sinestro Corps." The task force shot at him the good Dr. Konor tried euthanizing him all to no avail as the yellow ring altered his DNA; protecting him. A week later the planet was completely cleansed of all the trash and the environment was purified not one person was left alive the planet was left to nature to take over. Skeeter had purified the entire planet in under a week the ring told him other planets needing his purifying touch and he left to fix them he has since cleansed 5 planets and is on a direct course for EARTH.
