VAMPIRE BATMAN (Red Rain) (Marvel Universe) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:31035
Name:VAMPIRE BATMAN (Red Rain)
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Universe
Creator:fitzjedi
Date Added:July 14, 2011
Base Figure:MU Guardian
Height:3.75 inches
This guy was started, stopped, and started again after some other projects.

Took the Guardian and sculpted the cowl, chest emblem, boots and gloves with small amounts of Ave's. The utility belt is a strap from some G.I. Joe web gear. The wings are cut and sealed brown cloth, which were creased and extra fabric sealer placed on the crease. After that dried, it held the folds in the wing. I then painted the wings with tube heavy body brown acrylics, which has the effect of making the fabric fairly rigid--and poseable. The cape is same as my others and is also a bit posaeble

Bit of paint and BAM! Instant vampire Dark(er) Knight

Critiques welcome!

Ok 2 problems here I am going to be mean I am sorry first and fore most I HATE 3.75 scale so that is your first mistake, I normally won't comment on them because I dislike them so( Yes I know personal issue not your fault but still). But I like you fitz and this is a rare miss for you so my second complaint is this the vampire wings do not work here. This does not feel like vampire batman from any of those elseworlds. Because these wings feel to much like cloth cape in a weird angle. That said it is very ingenious and a interesting attempt and I applaud you on your efforts.

very nice to see some "Elseworlds" love. I thought the first Vampire BAtman story was great, but the sequel where he was "resurrected" only so-so. Great job on the wings though.
