This is actually my first piece of custom figure fan art. The character is Mega Hedgehog, from the webcomic "Two Evil Scientists," a crossover comic between the Sonic and Megaman franchises. Early in the comic Tails and Dr. Light manage to modify the Rush Adapter from Megaman 7 so that it would allow Megaman to turn into an armor suit for Sonic, merging them on the physical and mental levels so they can become a super powered cyborg with both heroes' combined abilities! Of course Sonic and Megaman are reluctant to use this technology because since they share the same mind while merged the act is...quite intimate (Imagine wearing your friend as an outfit while simultaneously sharing all of your most intimate secrets with each other.)

The figure is unique in that he's built entirely from fodder, made of pieces that were scratched, stained, broken, or otherwise damaged. The head had scratched out eyes and some kid drew a big doofy mouth on with a SHARPIE, the legs were horribly mangled below the knees, the shoes were scratched up beyond recognition, and the left arm was actually snapped in half below the elbow. The Torso is actually Knuckles', I figured the slightly more muscular look would help the illusion that it's Sonic wearing armor.
