Planeswalker Ajani Vengeant, a character from Magic The Gathering card game. I don't know much about this character since I haven't played the card game in a long time, I saw the card version of this through a friend and I got fascinated with how he looked and reminded me right away of the LCBH Conan.
Lion head and hair was sculpted over the the Conan head. The armor, bunny feet and axe were sculpted as well.
This figure is an improved version of this particular custom, I made this a few years ago and I decided to add the accessories that he lacked before since this figure is one of my first works and was not confident enough to work on necklaces and stuff. I added a necklace accessory that can be moved, strings near the axe blade, painted blood marks on the blade, also put beads on the hair and a resin base which was used to be an aquarium ornament. :D

Thanks Countpichula, its a modified axe accessory of Conan. Sculpted the lionhead on the blade and also the blade on the opposite side. The strings on the axe by the way is from the New Born Lurtz whip.

sculpted hair, sculpted lion face, sculpted fur, scratch built and sculpted weapon, nice paints. cool pics. arrrrgh... this could've been a winner for the table top custom contest if not for the last minute technical problems.
