Not to familiar with this storyline but i like the concept. I use a ML Punisher, which I still believe is the best base figure out there, sculpted the head/chest/back. And added some straps from a harness that came off a Classic Cap.

I like it it looks pretty sweet. I just still don't get why T'Challa would do this. I know it is what is going on in the comic I just haven't read it and it confuses me as I do not see him doing this at all.
