As SOON as I got this figure, I knew I would change him, and I knew into whom! I sculpted the head to cove the masked part, make it look like J'onn J'onnz, and to add all the 'deadness'. This included me chopping off the nose and re-sculpting that too. Lastly I sculpted the boots and a belt disc. The rest was a repaint. The cape is TWO capes, shaped and cut together but glued separately on top of one another while wet, to avoid glue stains. The neck flap is cut cloth folded and sealed at the fold to hold the shape.
