These guys have been a WIP for along time. It took me awhile to find 1/12 scall WWII German helmets. I went with the Red Skull base because of the articulation. It's hard to tell from the poor picture quality but two of them have battle damage and one you can see through his armor into his internal cybergentic frame.

Recipe:
Upper/Lower body: ML Red Skull
Head: Xorn (casts from Camco Kid)
Arms: Iron Man 2 suite case armor
Hands: ML Hand Ninja's
Thighs: Cuts from PlanB/Resaurus Military figures
Lower legs: Iron Man Series 8
German WWII helmets: Old Marx figure soldiers, cut the helmets off and dremel'd the heck out of 'em. :)
Weapons fodder and Camco Kid casts.
