Indigo Tribe Peb (Green Lantern) Custom Miniature / Figurine
Custom #:35531
Name:Indigo Tribe Peb
Custom Type:Miniature / Figurine
Toy Series:Green Lantern
Creator:NeCrollector
Date Added:December 30, 2011
Base Figure:Imperfecz resin figure
Height:2.00 inches
This here's a concept Indigo Tribe figure. It's a painted Imperfecz resin figure sculpted by the very talented Luke Harris. This was actually the first one I bought from Imperfecz Toys. I loved it so much, that I later bought 2 of the eye critters I posted yesterday.
Being that the source of the Indigo ring is Compassion and looking at this little guy's face, I immediately thought 'Indigo Tribe'.
If you look closely, you may see 3 rhinestones that I added to this little critter. One on one of its tentacles (as a ring), one on his forehead and another on his chest.
The Indigo Tribe logos are water-slide decals.
This little guy was super fun to paint.
Completed September 2011.
Thank you so much for looking. Enjoy!

If it would be possible to put a staff under one of the front tentacles and have it slanted I think that would look best. Otherwise I say to the side. However, both of these ideas might require sculpting a new tentacle.

I promise to make him a tiny staff one of these days. Thank you so much for offering me an Indigo staff, though. I truly appreciate it, sabes.
Do you think it will look better if Peb holds the staff near the end of his tentacles (near the rear) or on his side?

If you do decide to make an acct let me know. I am a member of some Green Lantern groups. Indigo Lanterns are the hardest Corps to make customs of and not many people do artwork fo them. Some of the groups are looking for new artwork to add to their groups. Your customs would look great in them.

I'd be honored, saber4734.
As soon as I get a chance to create an account, you'll be the first to know, brother.

Thank you.

Not at the moment, my friend...I've been seriously considering it though.

I noticed you updated this custom. I believe all you did was add a figure of Indigo-1 as a size reference. Remember you still need to give this little guy a staff.

I hear ya, saber4734.
The challenging part will be in trying to make this little statue "hold" the staff.
Maybe one day I'll give it a whirl.

Interesting concept. As we saw in Blackest Night there are more alien looking species in the Indigo Tribe. This little guy is missing his staff. I believe every Indigo Tribe member has a staff as well as a ring.

Good point about the staff.
Maybe I'll work on creating one for him.
Thank you so much for your feedback, saber4734.
It's always good to hear from you.

Wow, CFC, I truly appreciate your feedback.
Thank you so much.
I put a lot of hours, attention to detail and love into each of my customs, so it really pays off when I read feedback from other artists, such as yourself, in this site. It makes the effort all the more worthwhile.
Long live Figure Realm!
