Here's a nightmare induced vision of Leatherface. Had watched the original movie as a kid and remembered it to be utterly terrifying. Basically, it was no different from watching a snuff film, with body parts flying everywhere, girls running, screaming, and all that blood. At that young age, it was inconceivable to think that it was fake - and the scariest part was probably seeing the mask he wore and realizing that it was no mask, but the actual face of some guy he had ripped off and sewn back together. Gross but kudos on the sewing skills! Leatherface has always been seen as a big guy, but this custom version makes him look like some ogre overdosing on bad drugs. Used a ML Maestro for base, replaced the head and sculpted the mask. Got the toy chainsaw at a discount store, during their Hallowe'en bash, and made the butcher apron from butcher's wax paper, repainted. Decided to sweeten the pot and appease ol' Leatherface by catching Erin for him. Like some Dwan to King Kong, she'd always been the one that got away. And all her kicking & squirming ain't gonna do her any good - not this time. Hope y'all true blooded horror fans are salivating (or grinning), thanks for checking it out man, more horror deviants in store. Please wait... |
