So...

Saw the MU Rodgers and immediately the boots went into my "Arkham parts" storage locker deep in the recesses of my fractured mind. Anyway, I sculpted the head, gauntlets, and boots guards. Cloth cut and sealed cape. Belt is G.I. Joe fodderweb gear. Lego Batarang. Paints to complete.

I like the way he turned out, but in hindsight, he's a bit skinny for my taste. Thanks for looking and feel free to critique!

Incredible looking custom,I suppose you won't be redoing your entire Arkham series of figures in 3 inch,but if you are planning on making a Darkseid,the Marvel Universe Apocalypse figure might be worth looking into.
