This is Metal Knuckles as he appeared in Sonic R. I made him mostly from a Knuckles figure, but the forearms are made from scratch since they're a totally different shape from Knuckles' hands. He also has a little rocket booster on his back made from a dowel stuck in a pencil sharpener, and...well aside from that and the tail being discarded he's pretty much a slight repaint.
