This is my second attempt at the classic look for Iron Man. I love the design of this ML figure. I was inspired by the new 2012 ML’s, so I got some new Taimya paints and wanted to test them out.

I always wanted to give this guy some eyes staring out from behind the mask like how Gene Colon and the rest used to draw him in the 70′s and 80′s. I love how they turned out. I also love how the gold and sky blue pop juxtaposed the deep red.

Unlike my first version, this guy has the alternate Tony Stark head and hands, and I love how creepy it is that when Stark holds the helmet the eyes still look out!
