Everyone has attempted this guy and there are a lot of good ones out there, but here is my take on him. He is made from DCUC Mr Terrific, Vigilante boots & hands, sculpted costume details, DCD Jason Todd head, Sculpted Red Hood head and gave him a nice paint job. Hope you guys like him!

gret body and great variant head from hush series and great
only downfall on it is red hood head cheeks are little look like smiling but other than that awesome

I thought about doing that, but I wasn't able too because his head would have to be really small and the mask really big. I just opted to use interchangable heads to keep the proportions right. THANKS!
