Mr. Freeze is a new character for me and was also inspired by Arkham City. The body was an Iron man with some Lex Luthor parts and the helmet was from some sort of hair product bottle.

Nice weathering work. Looks like real metal. For the helmet, I found 1-inch and other size acrylic test tubes on e/b/ay. That gives you a nicely rounded bottom (no pun). You'll see on a model I'm posting shortly.
