This was another attempt at making a Steampunk Belle but in the yellow version dress. First I repainted her face and added eyelashes then redid her hair. went for more of a western steampunk circus style this time. I basically took the dress apart and then added the smaller skirt with bloomers. The hat and the vest were made from scratch, and the boots I had already. Just made the rose out of wire sequence and a rose button and had a silver teapot I painted bronze with little white fingerless gloves hand sewn. Updates with added lace half-petticoat, charm, and sunglasses. :)
