I've worked on a 12" Action Man...
Head: I took the original head off and kept only the articulation; then I sculpted a new head with Ray Park's look (I used a soft resin dried with air)I painted the tattoos; for the eyes and the horns I used a translucent paint. I've re-sculpted the neck, too, and painted with black paint.
Outfit: After that I've made the outfit completely using black fabric, so he can move freely like in the movie. There are many pieces: pants, jacket, coat, overcoat and belt.
Leather belt: made of leather... I've cut many stripes, than joint them and added the metal points and lightsaber holder (that is made of resin).
Gloves: I sculpted the gloves over the coat and painted black; anyway the can still move.
Boots: it has been quite difficult to make movie-accurate boots... They're made of resin, sculpted like the gloves.
