I wish I had better pics of this guy...The recipe is simple. I cut up and modified the surgical gown on the JUSTICE Brainiac figure and replaced his legs with that of JSA Sandman. I sanded him bald and sculpted his beard. The glasses are from JUSTICE Scarecrow with some flat sealer to make them less transparent. I wish I had better pics of him, but I don't have my photo equipment set up at this time. I hope to take some better pics later. He can go with the Arkham City figures and regular DC Direct figures.

Are the Arkham City logos on his coat decals, or did you paint them?

I've done nearly the same custom only I used the Hugo Strange head that came with the DC Direct Series 2 Rogues set because it fits perfectly on the Brainiac body. I also kept the bloody latex gloves because I liked the effect so much but now you've tempted me to paint over them.
Yours is superb I really like the idea of using Dr Midnight's lower body. And the details on the lab coat are excellent...did you paint them on or are they decals? Also..did you use DC Direct Dr Midnight or Mattel's DCUC version?
Great job...really nice.
