This is another entry toward the IntoXicated group, Captain Keilback the Last Super Soldier in the Age of Apocalypse.

Keilback was in the US Air Force when everything went down. As the situation became dire, the government began to take drastic measures, one of which being a new Super Soldier program. Unfortunately, the data left from the previous attempts was incomplete and less than ideal. As such, dozens of test subjects died immediately, others gained phenomenal power but lost their minds, becoming murderous lunatics. Of all the attempts, only fourteen men and women were successfully endowed with Super Soldier abilities without detriment to their health. They were immediately put in the field as Operation: Osiris, a reference to the hope of killing En Sabah Nur and undoing his horrible damage. Unfortunately, after a series of missions to assassinate various lieutenants of Apocalypse(his many Horsemen, in the times before the battle to determine the final Four Horsemen), only one remained. As the government fell apart, Keilback went underground to try to survive the massacres. After a time, he found an old bunker of military surplus and supplies to keep him alive, and he used this area as a bunker to assist any humans who happened to come through the area. He stumbled upon familiar faces, in the form of mutant rebellion group IntoXicated. In the course of aiding them and searching for more underground caches, he came upon an old Captain America uniform. After some small encouragement from Kibo and the others, Keilback took up the uniform and shield as the Last Super Soldier, Captain Keilback, a living embodiment of the American will to survive.

This was my other camo paint job, right around the same time as Ult Juggs. Painted boots black, pants urban camo, and sculpted hair on a GI Joe Bull figure, repainted the skin tone on arms and face, painted hair and beard, and accessorized. I'm including a reference pic to show the real guy.
