First saw this guy in Deadpool, wanted to make him, and I don't think anyone else has made him (I could be wrong). LOTR hobbit base, I think it was either Merry or Pip. The head was a two pack wolverine, (the one that came with forge) trimmed the hair a bit, then sculpted more on, and added some sculpt to the face to make him look monkey like. The tie was also sculpted. I wanted him to be able to hold guns with his feet, so swapped them out with two fodder hands. :)
