Originally had this finished and ready to post when Raybot posted his, which prompted me to give it a bit of a re-work. First headsculpt I did looked more like Kevin Spacey, this one's better but still not dead-on. I don't think anyone's really nailed the Clark Gregg likeness yet...
Gave him a few appropriate accessories - a little gun, a big experimental gun, and a couple of packs of his favourite donuts (from the "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Thor's Hammer" short). Also added toe joints, rocker ankles and ball-and-socket wrists for more posability.
