Finally decided on what I felt was a good base figure for this project. Didn't wanna' use a DCUC Robin because, lets face it, it's NOT quite right for Tim Drake in ANY form. COME ON DC!!!!

Anyways, so I started with a black suit Spidey from the Spectacular Spiderman animated series. Sanded down off the spiders on his chest and back. Removed the head.I cut pieces of plastic for the chest plates, glove spikes and belt buckle. The "R" is yellow vinyl tape I cut out by hand. The cloth cape is a combination of one from a Batman and one from a Robin. The pouches from a DC Direct JLA Batman and some random Snake Eyes belt. Sculpted the shoe soles. The head came from the new Robin figure that is part of that new kid-friendly Batman figure series. Sculpted the hair WAY down and gave it spikes. Add paint and sealer and we have the newest incarnation of Tim Drake as Robin!
