It's Dr. Rockso, the Rock 'n' Roll Clown! I had to make Dr Rockso, he's the drug addled clown from Metalocalypse, possible the greatest show I've ever seen. "I'm Dr Rockso, and I do ka, ka, ka, cocaine!"

For the figure, I used Randy Orton base, Kevin Von Erich head, Anne O'Brien hair, hat from the pack-on cop from the X-Men movie Sabretooth figure, wrist bands from Rey Mysterio, sculpted nose and seams from green stuff, spikes made from toothpicks.
