Hey guys! Frankenstein's monster is a lost soul. Lost and confused, he is wanted by the evil Count Dracula to power his machine and give his children life. He finds a friend in Van Helsing, and may be just the ally he needs on his epic quest of self discovery. Frankenstein is made from some wrestler with pants made from spackle. I sculpted the top of his head, the glass heart, and the shoes. The various clamps and parts are made out of rubber bands and parts of a model car. This is my absolute FAVORITE custom that I have ever done, and I hope you think so too! Enjoy! UPDATE 10/5/07 Hey guys! I am aware that some of you were dissapointed that this figure's glass heart couldn't light-up. So, being the generous person that I am, I decided to take the picture at the bottom. Enjoy!  |

as for the light up thang
I think I can help out there - I have a very powerful green LED keyring - I used for my 12" Movie concept costume green Lantern forearm - for his ring to light up.
I have a spare I can send you - you could easily install it in a body cavity - if you line the inside with tinfoil - it'd bounce light throughout it

I'm just stoked you di Van Helsing customs in this size and with my professional eye (for one eye I only have - lol) I saw ways to improve your work
I'm the first one to tell you you done something really cool
and I like this better than the official frankenstein movie figure
I thought the whole series lacked scope and some bad face sculpts.
I'm making a Vanhelsing figure soon using Aragorn and Hugh Jackman X2 wolvie parts

I wish the green lit up as well. I was going to stick a light in his chest and put a marble on the front but it didn't work out.

but by "inaction" I mean under 18 POA

FYI The arms, legs, waist, and head still move.
but it loses points like your Dracula in its lack of shoulder and hip articulation
If you were making this again - either an ML Frankenstein or XMC Sabertooth would be great - but you'd have to make their waists turn as those figure waists are set
but as a low articulated action figure - this is a very cool custom
I just like more POA in my figs
